Home recording with no previous experience. Equipment: PC, Soundblaster, HH vocal amp from the 70's and 4 cheap generic vocal mics. Well, the sound quality wasn't as much of a issue as the total lack of skill (both in the performing and engineering departments.). Still, you gotta start somewhere.
